AMS is a proudly New Zealand owned company committed to ethical operations, environmental responsibility, and sustainable business practices across every part of our supply chain.

By 2023

Through close collaboration with factories and clients, we developed a comprehensive portfolio of sustainable products aligned with corporate and government sustainability goals.

By 2050

Recognising that many of our clients were working towards carbon neutrality by 2050, we wanted to go deeper, to build our knowledge and understanding within the context of a rapidly warming planet and increasing social expectations.

We came to understand that green-washing was rife in our industry, we therefore invested heavily and engaged Tadpole Sustainability Consultancy to help us in creating a science based, measurable ESG framework

We landed on the vision of being New Zealand's leading company to partner with in a corporate sustainability and ethics journey.

In 2024, AMS completed a comprehensive carbon inventory to establish a baseline for emissions. Each focus area now has clear, time-bound targets for 2025 and beyond, ensuring measurable progress and accountability.

Continuous Improvement

AMS continually reviews and refines its sustainability approach in line with emerging best practices, verified reporting, and stakeholder feedback. Significant investment of time, resources, and capital has embedded this framework into our day-to-day operations—reflecting the importance we place on sustainability. demonstrating leadership in ESG performance within the corporate apparel and merchandise industry.
